Organizational Culture Assessments - A comprehensive assessment of the organization’s culture and DEI practices.  The assessment process includes data analysis, employee surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews resulting in the development of customized strategies to support inclusive cultures.


Organizational Strategy & Transformation – Drive climate and culture change by setting strategic priorities, leading innovative and transformative initiatives, and establishing measurable objectives and key results (OKR’s).


Training and Educational Workshops - Facilitate DEI workshops, seminars, and training programs designed to raise awareness, build cultural competence, and develop inclusive leadership skills. 


Executive Coaching – Partner with executive and senior level leaders to provide guidance, support and feedback focused on DEI strategies that align with key performance indicators.

Agile Transformation - Applying an agile approach, we work directly with cross-functional business and technology teams to establish a baseline, identity transformation goals, and prioritize program activities. By engaging with all stakeholders throughout the organization to aid clients identify and achieve their short and long term goals while establishing a foundation that will support future improvements and innovations.


Education, Training and Coaching – Facilitate agile training and coaching through courses and workshops for senior leadership, product managers, development teams, and business analysts. We provide support to organizations enabling them to evaluate tools and implement techniques that provide continuous integration through agile and project management adoption.

At GenVision, we develop strategic business continuity programs and partner with clients to assist with the creation and implementation of a sustainable resiliency program.  


Business Continuity - Build the organizational framework to support a business continuity program.  Perform risk assessments to determine potential organizational impacts.  Select cost-effective strategies to reduce deficiencies as identified during the risk assessment and business impact analysis.  Define requirements to develop and implement an incident response plan.


Exercise Education & Training Programs - Establish and maintain training and awareness programs that result in the organizations ability to respond to an incident in a timely and effective manner.  Establish an exercise, assessment, and maintenance program to maintain a state of readiness and establish policies and procedures to coordinate incident response activities.

His comprehensive knowledge includes information technology, project management, Agile/Scrum, cloud resiliency, business continuity and recovery strategies and a variety of other enterprise resiliency and recovery solutions. Taryn Guy, BS, MA, serves as the President of GenVision Consulting Group and has a 20- year career spanning across local municipal government, healthcare, and telecommunications. With an extensive background in diversity & inclusion, marketing, lean methodologies, communications, and public relations, Taryn has an ability to provide consultative and strategic insight as well as develop metric driven action plans for clients to accomplish their goals.

Kwame Guy Bio

As an advanced Certified Scrum Master and Trainer , Kwame bridges the gap between business needs and technology in order to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and improve the quality of deliverables. His is highly skilled in guiding and empowering delivery teams to self-organize within the constraints of the Scrum framework along with facilitating the process of building working agreements and ensuring that delivery teams keep their work and impediments visible.


As a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), he is able to rapidly analyze complex business processes, formulate effective strategies and implement change.


Kwame holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University majoring in Business Management and minoring in Information Technology, and has an Advanced Scrum Master Certification (ACSM) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) .

Taryn Guy Bio

Taryn has experience in recommending, developing and managing diversity and inclusion programs, initiatives and community partnerships. She works closely with senior executive leaders to ensure strategic initiatives, resources and tools are effectively leveraged to drive business results and to ensure an inclusive and diverse employee population that aligns and supports organizational goals.


Taryn received her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, holds a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communications/Public Relations from New York University, a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Penn State University, and a Diversity and Inclusion for Human Resources Certification from Cornell University.


Taryn is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and resides in Delaware with her husband Kwame and three daughters.
